At Oneighty, our desire is to introduce young people to Jesus Christ and help them walk out their faith in a real and personal way. To help us do that, we have four exciting and interactive ministries each week.
Oneighty Junior High is our relationship-driven ministry that coincides with all COTM services. Our weekend services are designed to meet the specific needs of 6th-8th grade students by offering great activities, a time of teaching, and small-group discussions.
During our Wednesday night Oneighty Junior Varsity service, we utilize dramas, music, videos, and illustrated messages to place the principles of God's Word right into the daily lives of students in grades 6-10. This service starts at 7:00 p.m.
For young adults, the place to be on Wednesday night is Varsity. Custom designed for this age group, we offer a night of fellowship complete with lounge areas, ping pong tables, our band “Speak Low,” and interactive talks that help young adults properly navigate the many phases of their lives. To help students strengthen their walk with Christ, Oneighty offers an 8-week discipleship program called Turn Life. Every Wednesday after service, students meet in a small-group setting for a 15-minute interactive discussion on foundational issues. They also receive a weekly audio CD of in-depth teaching straight from Pastor George. After completing all eight weeks, students are eligible for graduation, where they receive a Oneighty Bible and take the Zero Pledge.
