I.T. Support Specialist (Level 1)

We are looking for an individual with strong problem-solving skills to work independently and in a team environment in order to provide support with systems deployment, help desk, and networking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support for hardware, software, phones, and printers
  • Deploy and document technology assets
  • Create clear and accurate knowledge base articles

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS (or 2 years of relevant work experience)
  • Experience with Mac OS X and Windows
  • The ability to troubleshoot configuration and connectivity issues
  • A working knowledge of the help desk ticketing system and process
  • The ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

BONUS POINTS IF YOU…

  • Have experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, VNC, or Remote Desktop
  • Have used Zendesk help desk ticketing system
  • Have deployed client systems in a large-scale environment

 

WORK SCHEDULE

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
